Our signature training sessions are small group sessions (between 8-16 participants) which allow you to receive personal training style coaching combined with the energy & motivation that small group workouts bring.  This ensures you can enjoy safe and effective workouts that get results!


We know what we do is different to a traditional gym.

And, we know that right now you might not fully value how great our small group coached sessions can be for you or understand exactly what they entail!


Therefore, we would love to offer you the opportunity to experience what we do by trying out our 21 Day Accelerator Programme.  A 3 week trial of everything we do to see if we have what you need to help you achieve your goals - no joining fees, no contracts - just no strings attached 21 day access to everything at Watergate Studios.

We challenge you to be fitter, leaner & stronger with a combination of resistance training & interval training.

Using your own body weight, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and other fun equipment, we will provide a small group workout coached by amazing fitness professionals who will guide you every step of the way.

Expect personal training standards with the buzz and energy of a group workout!

6 week shred transformation

Our 6 week transformation programmes include our small group workouts and fitness classes as well as giving you a structured and realistic approach to making the lifestyle changes you need that will get you great results

Alongside the training sessions, we provide you with a full nutrition package, weekly check ins for added accountability,  and recipe books.  This, coupled with having weekly targets and focusing on habits & mindset, ensure we keep you on track throughout the 8 weeks

Expect to drop  body fat and inches whilst gaining fitness, strength and added body confidence!
